About the Role We are looking for a motivated and proactive Business Development Representative to strengthen our Sales Team, support the company’s growth, and play an active role in expanding our international business.
In this role, you will take ownership of sales activities and customer relationships within a specific region, helping develop long-term partnerships with small and medium-sized businesses across industries such as mechanical engineering, robotics, infrastructure, furniture manufacturing, and more.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a commercial mindset, and the ambition to grow within a fast-paced international environment.
Key Goals
- Contribute to the company’s strong growth by developing new business opportunities and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
- Represent the company professionally in communication with customers across various industries
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Identify and unlock new business opportunities through both acquired and assigned customer accounts
- Achieve individual sales targets and performance KPIs
Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the customer base through proactive outbound sales activities and inbound lead management
- Achieve established sales plans and KPIs
- Handle incoming customer requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain effective communication with customers via calls, emails, online meetings, and messaging platforms
- Ensure accurate and high-quality CRM management using Salesforce
- Support customers with account usage, request submissions, and order placement
- Monitor and follow up on customer payments
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers while identifying upselling opportunities
Requirements
- First experience in sales, business development, customer success, or account management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and achieve results
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Fluency in one additional language:
- German
- Italian
- Spanish
- Portuguese
- French
- Ability to negotiate and communicate professionally in foreign languages
- Technical mindset with the ability to quickly understand product specifics
- High level of responsibility, flexibility, and determination
- Strong social intelligence, empathy, and customer-oriented communication style
- Experience living abroad is considered an advantage
