  • Growing, maintaining, leveraging and Building relationship with community members

  • Plan approaches and pitches. * Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the community members needs, concerns, and objectives.

  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. * Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.

  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in revenue.

  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.

  • Defines long-term organizational strategic goals, identifies business and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

  • Submit weekly & monthly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.

  • Identifying achievable targets and ensure they are met by the team.

  • Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a members list) are fulfilled within a timely manner.

  • Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.

  • Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff.

  • Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities.

  • Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance.

  • Require the capability & drive to improve the organization’s market position.

  • Required to work with the internal team, and other managers and thereby maximize revenue for their organization

  • Working with web design and community-based e-commerce sites.

  • Conducting research to identify new markets

  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.

  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating company needs and goals.

  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.

  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
