- Manage the full sales cycle for standard inbound opportunities, including initial response, discovery, objection handling and closing.
- Build interest and confidence in the value of Sidekicker by asking thoughtful questions, understanding customer needs and matching the right solution to the opportunity.
- Support customers through account setup and onboarding so they are positioned for success from day one.
- Identify larger-scale or higher-complexity opportunities and route these effectively to Business Development Managers.
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene and pipeline discipline to support accurate forecasting and a predictable flow of closed-won business.
- Contribute to a continuous improvement mindset by sharing learnings, refining sales approaches and helping improve how the team works.
Skills and experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a high-touch client relationship, sales, business development or account management role, ideally within a technology-based business.
- Strong sales and account management capability, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage a high-volume pipeline.
