Business Development Representative

- 2+ years proven track record of generating leads, or related work experience preferred.
- Experience working in a CRM or specifically in Salesforce
- Lead generation/cold calling experience
- Associates degree preferred (But not required)
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from prospecting to hand-off of Territory Manager.
- Able to excel in a high-volume work environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communications, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated business acumen with small business owners.
- Plus: Experience with Digital Marketing products: SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, etc.

- Base Salary of $40,000 plus commission, with On Target Earnings up to $55,000 a year.
- This is an entry-level starting position, with the end goal of you becoming a Territory Manger that makes 100k+ yearly.
