We are looking for a versatile, passionate, determined and enthusiastic Chief Happiness Officer - HR Manager to take care of Yuki’s BCN people & office. People are our most important asset, it's up to you to make sure they are treated that way :-)


Your responsibilities

  • End-responsibility of hiring all the employees in Spain/Barcelona.
  • Manage and sculpt amazing on-boarding-experience for new employees.
  • Organise a learning and development programme to ensure continuous employee-growth.
  • Develop and communicate the Yuki employer brand (in conjunction Yuki NL and Yuki BE), you will serve as a key culture ambassador.
  • Develop and manage a brilliant and fun employee experience for the Spanish office.
  • Plan, develop and implement office events and social activities with high employee engagement and participation.
  • Admin HR management tasks such as: compliance with labour law, health and safety standards, payroll, contract administration, etc.
