Community & Brand Manager

We are looking for an experienced Community & Brand Manager to join a fast-growing AI startup and lead the company's community engagement and brand presence across events, exhibitions, and strategic partnerships.

This is a high-impact role for someone who is passionate about building meaningful relationships, creating memorable brand experiences, and growing engaged communities. You will be responsible for planning and executing community initiatives, managing the company's presence at industry events and exhibitions, and strengthening brand awareness through both online and offline activations.

Working closely with the marketing and leadership teams, you'll help shape how the company connects with customers, partners, and the broader AI ecosystem. We're looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and excited to represent an innovative technology company in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies that strengthen brand awareness and foster meaningful relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Plan, organize, and manage the company's participation in exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and community initiatives.
  • Coordinate all event logistics, including vendor management, booth planning, promotional materials, and on-site execution.
  • Represent the company at industry events, building relationships with prospects, customers, partners, and community members.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with organizations, universities, industry groups, and ecosystem partners to expand the company's reach.
  • Manage community engagement across online and offline channels, ensuring consistent communication and a positive brand experience.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to develop event campaigns, promotional assets, and community-focused initiatives.
  • Measure the success of events and community programs by tracking key performance metrics and providing actionable insights.
  • Gather feedback from customers and community members to help improve brand initiatives, products, and overall customer experience.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to strengthen the company's market presence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Community Management, Brand Marketing, Events, Partnerships, or a related field.
  • Proven experience planning and executing exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, or large-scale events.
  • Strong understanding of community-building strategies and brand engagement.
  • Experience managing external partners, vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, design, and sales.
  • Comfortable representing the company publicly and engaging with senior stakeholders, customers, and partners.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring event and community performance using relevant KPIs.
  • Highly proactive, creative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, Event Management, or a related field.
