We are a pre-commercial deep tech company with a passive RF spatial intelligence platform that replaces standard enterprise WiFi with a single ceiling-mount node that turns every wireless device in range into a continuously updated picture of physical reality. Sub-10cm 3D positioning. Passive detection across WiFi, BLE, UWB, cellular, and RFID. No tags. No cameras. No opt-in required. Every deployment is a WiFi infrastructure upgrade that simultaneously delivers full spatial intelligence across the floor. The company holds issued patents on the core technology. About the Role This is a full-time Chief Executive Officer role for an operator with a demonstrated track record of scaling physical-world intelligence, asset tracking, supply chain visibility, or related deep tech hardware-software platforms from pre-commercial to significant revenue. The right candidate has built before, has raised institutional capital before, and has created a commercial playbook in a market that did not have one. This is a ground-floor seat at a company with category-defining potential. The co-founders remain actively engaged and will support the CEO on fundraising, customer relationships, and strategic positioning. You will not be alone. But you will be in front. What You Will Own Capital formation: leading the raise from seed through growth stages with institutional investors, family offices, and strategic partners, including building the data room, managing diligence, negotiating term sheets, and closing the round Customer acquisition across the primary beachhead markets: retail and warehouse loss prevention, healthcare and industrial asset tracking, and enterprise operational intelligence Go-to-market strategy and execution: converting a technically superior platform into signed pilots, LOIs, and compounding revenue across multiple enterprise verticals Team building: recruiting and retaining a world-class commercial and operational team, including VP of Sales, VP of Product, and CTO or VP of Engineering, that matches the caliber of the technical foundation already in place Board development: building and managing the board of directors, including independent director recruiting at Series A External representation to investors, enterprise customers, defense stakeholders, and strategic partners across all audiences from retail CFO to defense program office Full P&L ownership, financial planning, and the operational discipline to scale without losing the startup's speed Who You Are You have operated at the intersection of hardware, software, and physical-world data. You have run a company that made things visible that used to be invisible and sold that value to the enterprise buyers who needed it most. You have a demonstrated track record as CEO or President with verifiable outcomes at every stage. You have experience at companies operating in one or more of the following spaces: Supply chain visibility and asset tracking: Samsara, Roambee, Tive, Cloudleaf/ParkourSC, Wiliot, Mojix, OnAsset Intelligence, Powerfleet, CalAmp Industrial IoT and operational intelligence: Uptake, Augury, Parsyl, project44, Tecsys, Verusen RFID and item-level inventory intelligence: Impinj, Zebra Technologies AIT, Honeywell Intelligrated, Checkpoint Systems, RFKeeper, Detego Warehouse and logistics automation: 6 River Systems, Locus Robotics, Vecna, Körber Supply Chain, Made4net Loss prevention and asset security technology: Sensormatic, Checkpoint, Verkada, Envysion, Solink Healthcare RTLS and clinical asset management: CenTrak, AiRISTA, Cognosos, Sonitor, Midmark, Stanley Healthcare Adjacent deep tech or defense-adjacent companies that took a hardware-software platform from pre-commercial to institutional capital and beyond You have sold into VP and C-level operations, supply chain, IT, and asset management buyers, often inside the same deal. You understand the difference between a proof-of-concept customer and a referenceable enterprise account. You have built a commercial motion from zero, not inherited one. You know what an LOI is worth and how to get one signed. Qualifications Demonstrated track record as CEO or President of a deep tech, hardware-software, IoT, or supply chain intelligence company, with verifiable revenue or exit outcomes Experience raising institutional venture capital across multiple rounds, with established relationships with institutional investors, family offices, or strategic capital partners Demonstrated success acquiring first enterprise customers in markets without an established commercial playbook, creating the go-to-market motion from scratch Experience at companies operating in one or more of the following spaces: supply chain visibility and asset tracking, industrial IoT and operational intelligence, RFID and item-level inventory intelligence, warehouse and logistics automation, loss prevention and asset security technology, or healthcare RTLS and clinical asset management Demonstrated ability to sell to VP and C-level operations, supply chain, IT, and asset management buyers in enterprise environments Technical fluency sufficient to understand RF sensing, wireless infrastructure, edge compute, and spatial data platforms, and to communicate those capabilities credibly to investor and customer audiences Demonstrated success recruiting and retaining senior commercial and technical talent Comfort operating in a defense-adjacent and dual-use technology environment Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus Compensation Base salary: competitive, commensurate with seed-stage deep tech CEO roles Equity + performance bonus eligibility Specific compensation details discussed in initial conversation Location: Remote, United States Application Question(s): Have you personally raised institutional venture capital as a CEO or founder, and if yes, what was the total amount raised across all rounds?
