The Sr. HR Systems Manager is a member of the HR Technology team supporting Human Resources applications across multiple functions. This role will be key in the success of a growing HR Technology function at Crocs Enterprise. This person will bridge communication between IT and business operations to ensure everyone is aligned in developing and implementing technical solutions as it relates to SAP SuccessFactors application along with new ATS solution and other HR Systems. There will be a heavy focus on creating global alignment and consistency. We are seeking a highly capable HRIS/HRIT manager to enhance the performance of our HR technologies. We're looking for someone to gather data, and making recommendations based on performance metrics. The position requires solid technical foundation, domain knowledge, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills with a consistent track record to clearly communicate technical information to a non-technical audience. Through this work, you will help deliver a powerful employee experience, improve the efficiency of HR Systems. Individual in this role work independently with some indirect supervision and may have direct reports or matrixed subordinate team members.

WHAT YOU'LL DO  HERE

• Responsibilities include the stewardship and administration of various HR system solution like Application tracking system, reward & recognition system, Learning System, in partnership with the HR leads for each application within Human Resources
• Coordinate multiple project teams, vendors, and assets to ensure timely and cost-effective sequencing and execution of critical path breakthroughs across several inter- dependent projects within assigned program and overall portfolio
• Work with senior leaders to supply relevant data to support annual planning activities and sequence new working through the appropriate controls’ mechanisms
• Identify efficiencies and present recommended improvement opportunities at various levels of management
• Provides insights and recommendations to the HRIS leader related to the development of new standards for business analysis for applications supported
• Lead multiple phases of testing, to include writing test plans and test scripts, performing system testing and supporting user testing
• Analyze report requests & create tests & delivers report requirements by leverages 3rd party resources
• Schedule and implement mass changes in SF
• Serve as SME for existing and future HRIS modules including Performance & Goal Management, Compensation, Learning management, Talent Acquisition. 
• Support and maintenance of the HRIS (human resources management system) in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team
• Serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists domain experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities
• Supports Success Factors upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned
• Production support, researching and resolving Success Factors process & system problems, unexpected results, or process flaws, perform scheduled activities, recommend solutions to meet requirements by creation of process maps using Visio & other tools
• Good communication skills – able to work optimally as part of a project team and develop team collaboration as well as work with all levels of the business up to and including the CIO 
• Stays ahead of constantly evolving technology and applies it to business needs

 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related filed is required. Professional experience, beyond requirement, in a related filed may substitute for a degree requirement on a year for year basis
• 10+ years of experience in business systems, applications development, and implementation, including Success Factors application.
• Solid background with HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS & Rewards & Recognition). 
• Solid focus on collaboration, team building, and customer service
• Highly motivated and self-directed
• Strong customer service orientation
• Able to exercise independent judgment and act on it
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

• Ability to optimally prioritize and implement tasks while under pressure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Solid understanding & Knowledge of HR Processes and Data
• Advanced MS Office skills required including MS visio, specifically within Excel demonstrating strength in sorting, navigating, and analyzing data
• Experience with HRIS applications with SuccessFactors is required. SF Employee Central module certification would be preferred
