Driver Recruitment Agent

About the Role

In this role you will interview drivers that come to work for us check and verify all their paperwork copy and produce driver files. We will check all drivers license and PCO permits, take calls and work from our Freshworks and Shamrock systems. You will update drivers and vehicle documents when they expire.

£28,000 to £29,000

This role reports into the Driver Recruitment Manager

Main Accountabilities

• Hit our recruitment targets to help the company grow
• Verify all documents that we see to help keep us compliant
• Interview drivers one to one we are the face of the company must leave a good impression
• Update our systems so we can run reports to show accurate figures for senior managers
• Good telephone skills to sell our company to drivers and get them in to see us
