Enterprise Account Executive

The product is real. The pipeline is real. The ambition is European. What we need now is the commercial engine to scale it.
That's where this role comes in.
The role
As one of our first enterprise sales hires, you'll do two things at once: close complex enterprise deals across European industrial sectors, and turn how we win them into a repeatable playbook. Today much of our sales motion is founder-led. Your job is to sell alongside the founders, take more of the cycle off their plate over time, and capture what works so the people who come after you can run it too.
This is a foundational role. You'll close real revenue from day one, but you'll also shape our ICP, messaging, qualification, and process, and lay the groundwork for the GTM team that grows around you. It's for someone who wants to build the machine, not inherit one.
What you'll do
Close enterprise deals. Own full-cycle enterprise sales from first conversation to signed contract across manufacturing, supply chain, ports, logistics, and defense. Navigate long, multi-stakeholder cycles involving COOs, supply chain directors, IT, and finance.
Build the sales playbook. Turn founder-led wins into a documented, repeatable motion: sharpen the ICP, messaging, and qualification criteria; codify discovery, objection handling, and deal stages; and keep pipeline and forecasting disciplined in HubSpot so the process is legible and teachable.
Support and scale founder-led sales. Partner with the founders on strategic deals, prepare and drive the cycles, and progressively take ownership as the motion matures, so founder time shifts from every deal to only the ones that truly need it.
Lay the foundation for a GTM team. Feed field intelligence back into product and positioning, and help define how we hire, onboard, and enable the sellers who come after you. What you learn becomes the basis of how Superlinear sells at scale.
Requirements
Who you are
6 to 10 years in enterprise software sales with a consistent focus on manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial operations. You've built pipeline in complex markets, closed high-value deals with long cycles, and can build trust at COO, supply chain director, and plant manager level. Structured sales methodology (MEDDIC or equivalent) and CRM discipline are second nature.
A builder as much as a closer. You want to shape a motion and write the playbook, not run someone else's, and you're comfortable in an early-stage, founder-led environment where not everything is defined yet.
