Want to be part of our team as a part-time Freelance Recruiter? You'll join our talent acquisition process, conducting resume screenings, interviews, and assessments for specific positions. Your efforts will help us meet production targets within deadlines while ensuring top-notch quality and an awesome candidate experience. Join us and make a cool impact!
You will:
- Collaborate with Recruitment Team Leads to understand and implement the hiring plan, including candidate profiles, goals, interview questions, and timelines.
- Reach out to potential candidates through targeted LinkedIn or email campaigns, as needed.
- Screen resumes and assess candidates' responses to ensure they match the desired profile.
- Efficiently schedule initial and behavioral interviews for selected candidates using automated tools like Calendly.
- Conduct interviews using our tailored guide for each role, evaluating candidates and scoring them accordingly.
- Provide recommendations based on interview performance and prepare detailed candidate reports.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other recruitment software to manage candidate information and track progress.
- Produce daily reports to track key metrics, including the number of resumes screened, interviews scheduled and conducted, and overall success rate in meeting KPIs.
What to Expect:
- The work requires a minimum of 4 hours per day, and the schedule can be adjusted to align with the Recruitment Team Lead.
- We offer day and night shifts to accommodate global hiring needs.
- The hourly rate is based on the complexity of the role, and payment is made on a weekly basis.
- Please note that you will need to use your personal desktop or laptop for work, as company tools cannot be used due to confidentiality reasons. Prior to onboarding, you will be required to sign an agreement, NDA, and Deel contract.
- We require full commitment to your agreed-upon schedule. Any absences or lateness could impact scheduled interviews, as they are arranged using a round-robin automated scheduling tool. It is crucial to prioritize punctuality and attendance to ensure a smooth and efficient interview process.
Requirements
- You have a proven track record in recruiting and conducting interviews for niche or specialized roles.
- You are skilled in handling interviews with wit, candor, and professionalism, ensuring a positive candidate experience as measured by our Candidate Survey.
- You have the integrity and diligence to thoroughly review scripted interview questions and assess responses accurately.
- You should also be an attentive listener with fast typing skills for accurate interview transcriptions, never taking shortcuts.
- You have a quick grasp of information, whether written or spoken, coupled with sharp analytical abilities.
- You are a team player, you are assertive and unafraid to ask questions.
- You have a strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude when approaching challenges.
