Head of Compliance (Russia)
Objectives of the position:
Formation of a Compliance division based on the AML / KYC structure of NKO
Creating procedures, internal and external documents for the implementation of AML / KYC process for PROCESSING and personal data regulations.
Coordination activity of Russian Group’s divisions with FATCA and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) requirements
Performing the functions of the Compliance division as a part of the Global Compliance group division
The Compliance division in Russia has overall responsibility for compliance with local, UK and international standards of the payment systems activity area.
Tasks:
Building a Compliance control mechanism for the Russian divisions of the Group
Consulting and business support in accordance with the requirements of Global AML/KYC procedures and Russian legislation on AML / KYC
Organization of implementation of AML/KYC Rules in accordance with the requirements of the Bank of Russia
Creating a request to improve the skills of employees of the Division
Monitoring and ensuring that the Group's employees comply with all internal rules, regulations, instructions and other regulations
Requirements
Knowledge / experience:
Experience in Compliance and / or in a mid-level management position in an international payment system or global banking institution
Significant experience in forming Compliance requirements in financial institutions and interacting with business at the forefront
Knowledge and understanding of UK, Russian and international AML regulations, the guidelines of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation
Qualification:
Higher education in Finance, accounting or law
No disqualifications from the Bank of Russia and the Federal tax service
Fluent English
Skills:
High level user MS Office products
Fluent English
Ability to work with businesses at the forefront and as a consultant, supporting and developing AML/KYC programs
Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
