Head of Music Creator Partnerships

This job is no longer available and isn't accepting applications.

We’re looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial partnerships leader to join the Marketplace team in New York and drive our partnerships strategy. The Marketplace team builds Spotify's creator products while driving toward Spotify’s mission: to give one million artists the opportunity to live off their art. Ultimately, you’ll be a key part of a team reimagining the way artists and their teams leverage the Spotify platform, share their art, and build their careers.

In Marketplace, our creator products - Spotify for Artists and Soundtrap - enable artists and their teams to create music and connect with collaborators, in an effort to grow and monetize their audiences. And our content platform ingests, understands, and safeguards the world's audio.

Spotify for Artists is the music industry’s leading creator platform with over one million artists, labels, and managers using it monthly to dive into robust streaming data, pitch music to playlist editors, craft their artist profile, collaborate with their team, sell goods like merch and tickets, and ultimately grow their fanbases.

As Creator Partnerships Lead, you will drive a partnerships strategy that drives positive sentiment toward Spotify for Artists, accelerates creator adoption of our offerings, and positions Spotify as the ultimate place to build, reach, and monetize an audience.

The right candidate will be able to balance day-to-day responsibilities of partner management while working closely with our internal partners to drive an innovative partnerships strategy. Most importantly, this candidate will be passionate about ensuring that our relationships are a win-win-win partnership for the partner, the artist, and Spotify!

For this position, it will be desirable if candidates are located in the New York area within the United States. Nevertheless we are a distributed first company now, therefore we are open for candidates in other regions within this country.
