Lead the design and delivery of JOLT’s AI-first Operations ecosystem — while overseeing Global CX and Supply Chain. This is a role which combines operational leadership with building AI and Automation solutions to operational problems. You will be hands on tools building the Agentic Operations ecosystem for JOLT, collaborating with Digital Product and Software Engineering. You will lead the Global Supply Chain and Customer Experience functions and influence local Operations leads across five markets to drive operational excellence and adopt AI-native ways of working. JOLT operates ~2,600 EV charging/OOH advertising stations across the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand. This role is based in the US or Canada.
