HR Business Partner
TLDR
Own employee relations, end-to-end recruitment, talent development, and EU labor-law compliance for a solar industry business unit.
Responsibilities

- Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs, assist in driving end‑to‑end recruitment (active sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding) and build a strong talent pipeline in the solar/renewable energy sector.
- Own employee relations – handle complex cases, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, investigations, and grievances, with a pragmatic and legally sound approach.
- Provide on‑site HR support for the Zurich office, managing all local people processes (visas, payroll coordination, benefits, and policy implementation) and ensuring seamless support for expatriate managers relocating to Switzerland.
- Drive talent development and career conversations – proactively identify skill gaps, coordinate training programs, and facilitate individual development plans to enhance team performance and employee engagement.
- Support and guide managers in performance review cycles, goal setting, and performance improvement plans, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
- Ensure compliance with EU labor law and internal HR policies; advise management on local employment regulations and risk mitigation
