HR Data Analyst (f/m/d)

In this role you will:

• Conduct HR Data collection, consolidation and reporting from multiple sources and stakeholders
• Implement HR Analytics Dashboards
• Provide regular updates to various stakeholders to enable accurate reporting amidst Gorilla’s hyper growth
• Utilise the HRIS to pull insights and present findings to stakeholders
• Work with multiple cross-functional teams to assist with data reporting projects

What we expect from you:

• Good working knowledge G-suite or MS Office
• Experience with analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau
• Experience working with HRISs to collect data for reporting purposes
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience using data to provide insights on people operations
• The ability to draw insights from data and use this to tell a story when presenting findings to stakeholders
