  • Support onboarding execution and assist with employee lifecycle processes including promotions, transfers, compensation changes, and offboarding coordination
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring execution, including coordination visibility, offer inputs, and process tracking
  • Reinforce consistent people practices by coaching managers, answering real-time questions, and helping ensure policies and processes are applied appropriately
  • Maintain accurate employee data, documentation, and records in partnership with People Operations
  • Work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations to ensure workforce changes are implemented correctly
  • Identify emerging trends or risks related to team effectiveness, retention, or compliance and share insights with People leadership
  • Over time, deepen partnership with managers by contributing insights that help shape more forward-looking people and workforce decisions
  • In a lean, scaling environment, support selected coordination activities to ensure people initiatives move efficiently

Required Qualifications:

  • Approximately 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in an HR Generalist, HRBP, or similar execution-focused role
