We are looking for an HR Intern to join our team and support our employer branding, internal communications, and HR operations processes.
Main responsibilities will include:
Support operational processes for training, development, and employee engagement programs.
Carry out operational processes related to the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) in a complete and accurate manner.
Research industry trends to generate regular content ideas for LinkedIn posts.
Prepare content design concepts and visual references for employer branding initiatives.
Research and track university events related to employer branding activities.
Connect with university student clubs to gather information regarding event planning and collaboration processes.
Support the preparation of internal company announcements.
Assist in internal communication project initiatives.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you need to have:
3rd or 4th-year university students
Able to work minimum 3 days a week
Detail-oriented and meticulous
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Eager to learn
Knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Office Programs
