Integrated Campaign Strategist

$153,800 – $208,000 per year

TLDR

Architect integrated campaigns for product launches and evergreen motions, connecting audience journeys, channel activation, measurement, and enterprise portfolio learning.

Role Description

Dropbox is hiring an Integrated Campaign Strategist to architect and orchestrate marketing campaigns for priority product launches and evergreen marketing motions. This role turns business priorities, audience insight, and product positioning into a clear campaign strategy that defines the audience, narrative, journey, channel roles, activation sequence, and measurement plan.

You will be the steward of how these campaigns show up in market across owned, earned, and paid channels. Working across Product Marketing, Brand and Creative, Comms, Web, Lifecycle, Paid Media, Content, Events, Marketing Operations, Analytics, and Sales, you will align teams around one integrated plan, connect individual activations into a coherent enterprise buyer experience, and guide the campaign from brief through launch, optimization, and learning.

This is a senior individual contributor role for a strategist who can lead through influence, make tradeoffs in ambiguity, and balance strong market storytelling with measurable business impact. You will help Dropbox bring important product stories to enterprise audiences with greater consistency, relevance, and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign strategy architecture: Translate mid-market and enterprise business goals, product positioning, audience insight, and market context into integrated campaign strategies for key launches and evergreen motions, including objectives, audience, narrative, journey, channel roles, phasing, and measurement.
  • Cross channel orchestration: Build and manage the integrated activation plan across owned, earned, and paid channels so that web, lifecycle, content, social, communications, events, partner, and media programs work as one connected campaign rather than separate channel plans.
  • In-market stewardship: Own the campaign through launch and sustainment, protecting the strategic throughline while ensuring creative, messaging, timing, and audience experience remain coherent across touchpoints and regions.
  • Cross-functional leadership: Establish the brief, operating rhythm, decision rights, milestones, dependencies, and readiness criteria that align Product Marketing, Brand and Creative, Communications, channel owners, Marketing Operations, Marketing Data Science, regional partners, and Sales.
  • Audience and journey design: Define target audiences and buying groups, map the role of each touchpoint across the customer journey, and ensure campaign experiences respond to buyer needs, market moments, and stages of consideration.
  • Performance and optimization: Partner with Marketing Data Science and channel owners to define full funnel success measures, synthesize owned, earned, and paid signals, identify what is driving or limiting performance, and recommend changes to audience, narrative, creative, sequencing, or channel mix.
  • Portfolio learning and scale: Capture campaign insights, codify reusable plays, distinguish enduring strategy from launch specific execution, and apply learning across the enterprise campaign portfolio to improve future launches and evergreen motions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years B2B marketing experience in integrated campaigns, enterprise marketing, product marketing activation, brand to demand, or a related discipline, ideally in SaaS or technology.
  • Direct experience building out campaign strategy and accountable to the outcome (pipeline generation, revenue generation).
  • Demonstrated ownership of complex integrated campaigns from strategy and brief through activation, optimization, and post campaign learning.
  • Strong campaign architecture skills, including audience definition, narrative development, buyer journey design, channel planning, phasing, and measurement.
  • Experience orchestrating owned, earned, and paid programs and understanding the distinct role each plays in building awareness, consideration, demand, and customer growth.
  • Ability to translate product positioning and enterprise customer insight into a cohesive market story and connected audience experience across multiple teams and touchpoints.
  • Strong cross functional leadership and program judgment, including the ability to establish decision rights, navigate competing priorities, resolve dependencies, and influence without direct authority.
  • Analytical fluency and experience using campaign, brand, engagement, and revenue signals to evaluate performance, communicate impact, and make optimization decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading enterprise product launch campaigns and building evergreen motions for a multi product B2B portfolio.
  • Experience partnering closely with Corporate Communications, analyst relations, customer advocacy, or social teams to connect earned programs with owned and paid activation.
  • Experience marketing to complex enterprise buying groups across industries, company sizes, regions, or stages of maturity.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, media, intent, experimentation, and attribution platforms used to activate and measure integrated campaigns.
  • Experience using AI to accelerate research, briefing, content variation, synthesis, or analysis while retaining human ownership of strategy, judgment, and brand decisions.
