As a Junior Logistics Coordinator, you will provide administrative support across our daily logistics operations. You will help maintain strong relationships with logistics partners, support supplier performance tracking, keep import and export compliance documentation organized, and resolve freight billing discrepancies. This entry-level, administration-focused role is ideal for an organized communicator looking to build a foundation in global logistics, carrier management, and international trade documentation.

This role is on-site, based out of Toronto, ON.

What We Need

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 0–2 years in administrative, customer service, or entry-level office work; logistics experience a plus.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; ERP familiarity like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is helpful.
  • High attention to detail, strong communication, and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

  • How carrier performance is measured and improved using scorecards and service metrics.
  • How freight invoicing, accessorial charges, and AP reconciliation work from start to finish.
