Lead People Partner / Head of HR - Lithuania

As Revolut continues to scale-up,  we are looking for a driven individual to join us as a Head of HR based in Lithuania, as a leader within our People Partnering team. This is a great opportunity to apply your expertise at a strategic and hands-on level in a fast growing, data driven organisation.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Review and develop ER policies and related processes in conjunction with Legal, Compliance and other relevant stakeholders, maintaining an oversight of legislative changes, in-line with best practice

• Be the trusted advisor for your Executive stakeholders, providing expert advice, guidance and coaching to managers in all aspects of HR (for instance leadership training, org design / health, talent management).

• Guide and drive strategies to resolve sensitive workplace matters, providing guidance on performance, conduct issues and investigations

• You will be a part of Global People Partnering team where you will be able to share your proficiency with direct and functional reports

• Be proactive in identifying people issues and trends within the business and work together with your key stakeholders in order to formulate and implement solutions

• Handle operational issues such as absence and performance management and disciplinary procedures within your country

WHAT SKILLS YOU'LL NEED

• Previous experience in HR 7+ years - ideally in a Hyper-growth company / tech company

• Knowledge of labour law for Lithuania (experience with other countries would be a huge plus)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Logical and analytical thinking

• Open minded attitude

• Driven, self-motivated and a highly flexible team player

• You have completed studies with focus on HR, Business administration or similar

• Fluent in Lithuanian and English (verbal and written)  

Salary range: 3000 - 3300 EUR gross
