We are looking for an part-time Office & Admin Assistant to join our team in Belgrade, Serbia and take on a wide variety of stimulating responsibilities, such as:

• Managing reception services, including office maintenance and handling mail
• Oversight of supply management for office and other materials
• Coordinating office and equipment management in collaboration with Airport City
• Providing administrative support to various teams
• Assisting in the organization of events
• Supporting the HR and Management team in their daily tasks

Requirements

• Last year of studies or a Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Organization, or related fields
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
• Exceptional proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive and problem-solving mindset
• Collaborative team player
• Reliability and self-organization with attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach
• Professional demeanor when interacting with vendors and colleagues
