People Operations - Working Student

💼 What you’ll be doing

• 🤝 Support the People team in creating a great employee experience — from handling employee inquiries to maintaining HRIS data accuracy, preparing contracts and amendments, and more.
• 📊 Take ownership of end-to-end benefits administration, including enrollments, updates in Workday, payroll notifications, and invoice handling.
• 🗂️ Manage sensitive documents and ensure all employee files are accurate, compliant, and up to date.

✨ What we’re looking for

• 🌐 Fluent in English (written & spoken); German is a strong plus.
• 🎓 Currently enrolled at university (ideally in your 1st semester or later).
• ⏱️ Strong time management skills — able to balance studies and work while staying on top of deadlines.
• 💻 Tech-savvy and quick to pick up new tools and systems.
• 🚀 A proactive problem-solver with a hands-on mindset, eager to learn and grow in People Operations.
