Purchasing Administrator - Direct Materials

Zoox is developing fully autonomous vehicles and the supporting ecosystem required to bring the technology to market at scale. Purchasing Administrator - Direct Materials

In light of our expansion, we are in need of someone to own the ordering and tracking function for all direct materials that will be used to build Zoox’s vehicle and components.

What We Need

• Create all purchase orders

• Confirmation of shipment with suppliers

• Obtain tracking information on all orders

• Follow-up on and track progress of all backorders

• Keep, maintain, and reconcile credit card transactions monthly

What You'll Need

• College Degree – recent college grads will be considered.

• Strong computer skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word and Excel

• Strong multitasking ability

• Clear speaking voice/ good presence on the phone

• Detail oriented, clearly able to relay information to others
