NATURE AND SCOPE OF JOB
The Driver Recruiter supports by managing high-volume hiring within the autonomous driving sector. The role involves sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified candidates while maintaining strong organisation and attention to detail.
SHIFT:
Mon-Fri 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
START DATE:
Monday 1st June, 2026
SALARY:
GYD 160,000 Base + Commission
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Source and attract qualified driver candidates
- Conduct initial phone screenings
- Assess candidates against hiring criteria
- Ensure candidate documentation is complete and accurate
- Submit qualified candidates through designated platforms/ATS
- Track candidate progress and maintain records
- Maintain quality standards in candidate submissions
- Support ongoing high-volume hiring targets
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of five (5) CSEC subjects, including English
- A minimum of one (1) year of recruitment and leadership experience is required
- Driver recruiting experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable working US time zones
- Tech-comfortable (ATS, spreadsheets, portals)
- Able to work independently in a target-driven environment
