About the Company

Join a leading US-based venture capital fund serving as the dedicated talent partner for 80+ high-growth portfolio companies across the US and Europe (especially London and Berlin). This VC is known for backing top-tier startups and helping them scale with precision. You’ll be embedded in the internal talent team, partnering directly with the Head of Talent to support the most exciting early-stage companies in the world.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring for our portfolio companies. You’ll source and screen high-caliber candidates for early-stage startups across a range of roles, working hand-in-hand with our Head of Talent and the hiring managers. Your role is crucial in identifying, engaging, and nurturing top talent through to offer stage (without needing to negotiate terms).

Key Responsibilities

  • Source high-potential candidates via LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Partner with the Head of Talent to understand hiring needs across portfolio companies.
  • Screen candidates and represent our VC fund with professionalism and clarity.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to align candidate pipelines and feedback loops.
  • Maintain accurate records and pipelines via Ashby (ATS).
  • Act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Provide a top-tier candidate experience and be a true ambassador for our fund and startups.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably with early-stage or VC-backed companies.
  • Familiarity with Ashby or similar ATS/CRM tools.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills - confident and polished in candidate and client-facing interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Availability to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
