About The Role:

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious recruiting coordinator to step into Zoox’s rapidly expanding peninsula-based business. As one of Zoox’s first HR hires, this is a position that will allow you to grow within the talent acquisition world and provide an amazing opportunity for professional development and career advancement in a high growth organization.

Consequently, the role will be reserved for someone with a passion for people operations and who understands the importance of candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

 What You'll Do

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the recruitment coordination process across multiple organizations within Zoox, each targeting a diverse array of candidate profiles.
  • Support internal and external recruiters to coordinate candidate interviews (onsite, phone and online) for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Manage onsite interview process to ensure interviews are running on schedule
  • Oversee and maintain our applicant tracking system and ensure that it is being properly utilized to maximize the efficiency of Zoox’s hiring process.
  • Be on point to respond to candidates’ questions regarding company benefits.
  • Facilitate recruitment events and opportunities for Zoox.
  • Work with People Ops to implement and improve recruitment initiatives and processes.
  • Other responsibilities as required as an ad-hoc basis by People Ops management

What We'll Need

  • 1+ years of experience in a coordination or outward-facing administrative position.
  • Enthusiasm for and understanding of the importance of People Operations.
  • Recognizes the importance of providing potential recruits with a stellar candidate experience.
  • Excited to take ownership of cross-functional tasks within People Operations on an as needed basis.
  • Intuitively able to identify areas requiring operational attention in a dynamic and high-growth business environment.
