We are currently looking for a strategically thinking and success-hungry Sales Director Insurance France/Spain (f/m/x) to support our international growth and development of groundbreaking, innovative insurance products.

What will keep you challenged?

• You are responsible for new partnership opportunities with companies from the insurance sector in France or in Spain.
• You develop innovative sales strategies and implement them in the marketing of ELEMENT core offerings on our target markets.
• You identify partner's pain points and are able to develop targeted solutions based on ELEMENT's capabilities.
• You independently initiate contacts with potential business partners (B2B) and support the development of product solutions tailored to the partner's needs.
• You analyze trends and identify future developments in the insurance market and ensure that we are always the "first mover" into new markets and new insurance products.
• You collaborate with cross-functional internal teams such as Underwriting, Pricing, Partner Onboarding, Claims, Legal and more to explore and lead partner projects.
