Int this role, you will own the full revenue lifecycle across new and existing clients, build a high-performance pipeline, close complex SaaS and services deals, and expand Siepe’s footprint across the buy-side credit market.   You will serve as a face of the firm in the market, setting the standard for client engagement, opportunity qualification, and long-term partnership development. What You'll Be Doing

Own and drive revenue growth across Siepe’s SaaS and services platform.

Originate, qualify, and close complex multi-product opportunities.

Build and manage a high-quality pipeline aligned to Siepe’s ideal client profile.

Lead discovery, solution positioning, pricing, and contract negotiation.

Develop strategic account plans for priority targets and Tier 1 relationships.

Partner closely with Product, Implementation, and Business Heads on deal scoping.

Represent Siepe at industry conferences, panels, and client events.

Serve as a senior commercial voice in go-to-market strategy and positioning.

Establish Siepe as a trusted long-term partner to credit managers.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

7–12+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS, FinTech, or financial services.

Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.

Deep familiarity with buy-side credit, CLOs, private credit, and structured finance.

Experience selling bundled technology and services solutions.

Enterprise deal execution and revenue leadership.

Strategic account development and relationship management.

Opportunity qualification and solution selling.

Commercial negotiation and contract execution.

Market expertise in credit and investment operations.

Cross-functional collaboration and internal leadership.

CRM discipline and repeatable sales process execution.

Executive-level communication and presentation.

Must have current and ongoing authorization to work in the country of employment without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
