Sales Engineer
TLDR
Provide technical pre-sales support to design and demonstrate Digital Experience Platform (DXP) solutions throughout the sales cycle.
BPOD Latam is looking for a Sales Engineer to join a leading international digital experience company based in São Paulo, Brazil.
Mission
Provide technical pre-sales support throughout the sales cycle, helping customers design Digital Experience Platform (DXP).
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Sales team to understand customer business and technical requirements.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and solution workshops.
- Design websites using Drupal and Acquia and show how these solutions work.
- Deliver product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and Proof of Value (POVs).
- Prepare technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and solution documenttion.
- Present solutions to technical and executive stakeholders.
- Support RFP/RFI responses.
- Collaborate with Delivery, Product, and Professional Services teams.
- Support partner enablement activities through technical training and workshops.
- Stay current with emerging Digital Experience, CMS, Cloud, and aI technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre-Sales Engineer.
- Experience working with enterprise CMS or Digital Experience Platforms.
- Strong experience with Drupal.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and integrations.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Understanding of SaaS architecture and cloud-native applications.

- Headless CMS platforms
- Sitecore / Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) / Liferay
