Senior Business Developer
TLDR
Shape commercial strategy for radiological interfaces, manage sourcing and sales teams, and integrate processes across R&D, product, approvals, partnerships, and delivery.
The position:
Raidium develops a new generation of radiological interfaces, aiming at assisting the radiologist in a context of increasing demand (number of exams) and increasing diversity (number of topics / diseases to cover). After technological breakthroughs and intense product development, Raidium is now entering the pre-commercial phase through tests of the product in partner centers.
With many potential leads and business opportunities, we are now looking for a Senior Business Developer to structure and implement our commercial strategy.
In practice
As Raidium’s first business developer, you will embody the business aspects of the company, which are currently fulfilled by the founders, the COO and the partnership team.
This role involves:
* Participate in defining the commercial strategy
o General approach: Go To market, Distribution, Sourcing, Competition etc.
o Business KPI and roadmap
* Implementing this strategy
o Yourself, by going on the field
o By managing Raidium’s sourcing / sales team (with full time employees and contractants)
o And through defining structuring processes for the company
* Integrating the commercial strategy and processes into the company
o Which encompasses R&D, Product, FDA clearance/CE approval, Partnerships, Delivery.
* Travelling, especially in the US. Raidium is an international company (we have offices in Paris and San Francisco) and are aiming for the US+EU markets
You will be managed by Raidium’s founders Paul Hérent (CEO) and Pierre Manceron (CSO).
Your Experience and Qualifications
Master’s degree in business or in a scientific field (preferably related to biology, healthcare, machine learning / AI);
4+ years of experience with business development
Experience in complex business pipelines: healthcare, industry, agro etc.
Experience with managing and structuring sales teams.
Strong communication, analytical skills, team player and data driven mindset;
Fluency in English
Pluses (not exhaustive!):
Experience with the US culture
Experience with the healthcare sector, including distribution, reimbursement, pricing etc.
Knowledge of medicine and biology ;
Experience with agentic AI and foundation models.
