Role Overview

Sycurio is expanding its partner-led go-to-market organization and is seeking a commercially driven Sr. Account Executive based in Bengaluru. This role will create and close enterprise opportunities with and through global business process outsourcing providers, global systems integrators, managed service providers and consulting partners that support customers across the United States, United Kingdom and EMEA.

The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of alliances and sales: building productive field relationships inside strategic partners, developing joint account plans, generating partner-sourced pipeline and leading opportunities through qualification, commercial negotiation and close. Priority partner ecosystems may include organizations such as Concentrix, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Presidio and similar global service providers.

Key Responsibilities

Partner-led revenue: Own an individual revenue target and develop, progress and close opportunities sourced or influenced by strategic partners.

Partner field engagement: Build relationships with partner account executives, client partners, vertical leaders, solution teams and delivery organizations across India and the markets they serve.

Joint account planning: Map priority partner accounts and end customers, identify whitespace, create mutual action plans and establish clear ownership for next steps.

Opportunity execution: Lead discovery, qualification, value articulation, commercial strategy, proposals, negotiation and closing in collaboration with the partner and Sycurio teams.

Pipeline creation: Develop self-generated and partner-generated pipeline through targeted outreach, partner referrals, field mapping, campaigns, workshops and executive engagement.

Partner activation: Work with the Global Head of Partnerships & Alliances to translate strategic partner agreements into active field execution and measurable revenue.

Cross-functional orchestration: Coordinate Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, Delivery and Customer Success resources around qualified opportunities.

Sales methodology: Apply MEDDICC or a comparable enterprise qualification methodology to improve deal quality, identify risk and maintain momentum.

Forecasting and CRM: Maintain accurate opportunity stages, next steps, close dates, partner attribution and forecasts in HubSpot.

Market presence: Represent Sycurio in partner meetings, customer workshops, industry events and relevant forums; travel when commercially justified.

What Success Looks Like:

A measurable, qualified pipeline generated with priority BPO and GSI partners.

Repeatable joint account-planning and co-selling motions across target regions and verticals.

Strong conversion of partner introductions and partner-led opportunities into closed revenue.

Consistent partner engagement, opportunity ownership, forecasting discipline and CRM hygiene.

Trusted relationships with partner sales, solution, delivery and leadership teams.

Experience Required

Five or more years of enterprise technology, SaaS, channel or partner-led sales experience.

Demonstrated success building pipeline and closing complex opportunities with or through BPOs, GSIs, MSPs, consulting firms, VARs or technology partners.

Experience engaging organizations across GSI’s, Regional GSI’s, BPOs, VARs, TSDs, and Tech Alliances or comparable global service providers is strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of international enterprise selling, particularly opportunities supporting customers in the US, UK or EMEA.

Track record of meeting or exceeding an individual sales quota and managing multiple complex opportunities concurrently.

Ability to develop joint value propositions, account plans, business cases and executive-level presentations.

Excellent written and verbal English communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Working knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce or another enterprise CRM; MEDDICC experience is preferred.

Experience in contact centers, CCaaS, CRM, cloud communications, digital payments, fintech or PCI compliance is highly desirable.

Ability to work collaboratively across time zones and accommodate periodic US and UK business hours.

Be based on site at our office in Bangalore Monday to Friday.
