Senior Executive, Business Development (AI Live)

We're looking for a Senior Executive, Business Development (AI Live) to drive the growth of our cutting-edge AI Live Streaming technology on TikTok and Shopee. In this role, you will find and pitch to brand clients, demonstrate how AI Live works, and onboard them to our advanced tech ecosystem. You will act as both a dynamic sales driver and a trusted partner, empowering brands to break through traditional live-selling limits and maximize their e-commerce sales with us.

What You'll Do

• Drive Business Growth: Find, approach, and pitch AnyMind’s AI Live Streaming solutions to brand clients and key decision-makers.
• Execute Sales Plans: Build a strong sales pipeline and create customized, data-backed proposals to achieve quarterly revenue targets.
• Conduct Commercial Evaluation: Run basic feasibility studies and profit-and-loss (P&L) projections to set up profitable contracts for both brands and AnyMind.
• Nurture Brand Partnerships: Act as a main point of contact during onboarding, build deep-rooted relationships with brands, and proactively look for upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with internal Operations, Technical, and Platform teams to ensure smooth live stream execution and remove any strategic bottlenecks for clients.
• Optimize via Data Insights: Manage accurate sales data and forecasting in HubSpot CRM, while using e-commerce metrics to help brands continuously improve their live streaming performance.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management specifically within E-commerce, Social Commerce or Digital Agency spaces.
• Solid understanding of TikTok Shop and Shopee live streaming dynamics, with a strong interest and enthusiasm for AI technology
• Proficient in English for cross-border alignment and internal reporting.
