We are looking for an experienced and highly strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Chip Design organization. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and their leadership teams, shaping and executing people strategies that enable organizational effectiveness, talent growth, and business success. What you’ll be doing:

  • Partner closely with senior business leaders and leadership teams to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people and organizational strategies.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives, including organization design, workforce planning, leadership capability building, talent planning, succession planning, and change management.
  • Coach and advise leaders on a broad range of people matters, including performance management, employee relations, talent development, retention, engagement, and career growth.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify organizational capability gaps and develop targeted solutions to support business growth and evolving priorities.
  • Lead and support key annual HR processes, including performance management, talent reviews, compensation planning, promotion planning, and employee development.
  • Use people data, business metrics, and employee insights to identify trends, diagnose organizational challenges, and recommend scalable solutions.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated and high-impact HR solutions.
  • Support hiring growth and talent acquisition efforts, including participation in HR interviews and candidate assessment where needed.
  • Serve as a trusted, credible, and balanced point of contact for both managers and employees, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR practices.
  • Contribute to the broader HRBP team by sharing knowledge, leading initiatives, and helping strengthen HR practices across the organization.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Behavioral Sciences, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience in a global, fast-paced, and complex organization.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing organizational and people decisions.
  • Experience supporting engineering, R&D, hardware, semiconductor, or other highly technical organizations is strongly preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to connect business priorities with people strategy.
  • Proven experience leading organizational change, talent management, workforce planning, leadership development, and complex employee relations matters as well as strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into clear recommendations and business actions.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, consulting, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • High degree of ownership, sound judgment, discretion, and ability to navigate ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with Workday and advanced Excel/data-analysis tools is an advantage.
  • Fluent English and Hebrew, both written and spoken.
