Senior International Talent Acquisition Partner — Tech & Corporate

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a recruiting partner for hiring managers and stakeholders
- Deeply understand the business logic and hiring needs, and develop recruiting strategies (to identify, attract, and retain key employees)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical (Software Engineers — C#, Python, Rust, ML, QA — as well as Product Managers, Product Designers, Global Services, etc.) and non-technical positions (Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Admin, etc.)
- Collect, analyze, and improve recruiting metrics and statistics
- Monitor the recruiting budget and ensure efficient resource allocation
- Negotiate and prepare job offers for final candidates
- Act as an employer brand ambassador by promoting a positive candidate experience
- Lead or participate in other HR projects (Employer Branding, Internal Communications, Referral Program, etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 5 years of proven in-house recruiting experience, preferably in fast-growing or international companies
- Strong experience hiring for technical and non-technical roles (International hiring)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all seniority levels
- Hands-on experience with modern sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional communities, referrals, networking)
- Conduct structured competency-based and behavioral interviews using the STAR method to assess skills, motivation, and cultural fit
- Confident Excel skills for recruiting analytics (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables)
- Basic understanding of HR administration and local labor legislation
- Ability to calculate and explain gross/net salaries, fixed and variable compensation components, and key recruiting metrics
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills; ability to work with multiple stakeholders in parallel
- Professional working proficiency in English (C1), fluent Brazilian Portuguese (mandatory), and Spanish (a huge advantage).

- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse, BambooHR, Outlook 360, Zoom, and Figma
