Senior Recruiter - Operations, GTM

We're building a fully integrated energy company: developing our own solar, batteries and other generation projects, building our own hardware, improving and developing grid infrastructure, trading power in real time, using AI across the business, and installing distributed energy in homes. By selling directly to consumers we cut out the middleman, lower costs and pass the savings on to our customers.

To accelerate this mission, we're looking for a Senior Recruiter (Operations and GTM) to scale our business and GTM functions and find the high-calibre talent we need to navigate rapid expansion. You'll hire across Operations, Finance, Legal and Sales, including specialised roles like Ops Manager and Founder's Associate, and help build the operational excellence of a new kind of energy company.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored sourcing strategies to engage top-tier talent from fast-growing, high-bar businesses
• Screen and assess candidates for both role fit and cultural fit
• Run high-quality processes: drive pipeline activity, facilitate debriefs and ensure seamless candidate experiences
• Negotiate offers and close world-class talent in competitive markets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their needs and timelines

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on business/operations roles in high-performance environments
• Proven track record filling ops and GTM roles, including Ops Manager, Founder's Associate, Finance, Legal and Sales
• Background hiring at companies known for a high bar (fast-growing startups, scaleups or well-known competitive firms)
• Proven ability to identify and close candidates with niche, in-demand skill sets
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels of an organisation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with ATS tools, reporting and data-driven recruiting practices
