As an SMB SDR, you'll own the first conversation with prospective customers across North America creating opportunities that fuel one of Sprinto's fastest-growing sales segments. You'll partner closely with Account Executives, combining thoughtful research, strong communication, cold-calling confidence, and AI-powered workflows to consistently create high-quality pipeline. • Own end-to-end hiring across multiple business functions, driving quality, speed, and an exceptional candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand business priorities and translate them into effective hiring strategies.
• Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, referrals, and creative talent engagement.
• Drive structured and data-informed hiring decisions by improving interview quality, candidate evaluation, and hiring calibration.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, bringing market insights, talent intelligence, and practical recommendations to every hiring discussion.
• Champion a high-quality candidate experience by ensuring timely communication, smooth coordination, and thoughtful engagement throughout the process.
• Build meaningful relationships with passive talent and create long-term pipelines for critical roles.
• Analyse hiring metrics to identify bottlenecks, improve conversion rates, and continuously optimise recruiting performance.
• Strengthen Sprinto's employer brand by representing the company authentically across candidate interactions, communities, and networking opportunities.
• Contribute to building scalable hiring processes, playbooks, and best practices as Sprinto continues to grow.

The Kind of Builder We're Looking For -  

4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in high-growth startups or SaaS environments.

Demonstrated success in hiring across diverse functions, with the ability to quickly adapt to new business domains.

Strong sourcing capabilities with experience identifying and engaging top talent in competitive markets.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence hiring managers and challenge hiring assumptions when needed.

A structured interviewer who can assess candidates for both capability and long-term potential.

Comfortable managing multiple hiring priorities without compromising on quality or candidate experience.

Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and the ability to use data to improve hiring outcomes.

Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruiting tools.

Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
