We are looking for a passionate Technical Recruiter to be at the forefront of ”The Coworking Revolution” that will be the future of workspace.
“Coworking” is the new style of working! It involves individuals or small groups working independently, but with access to each other’s opinions and ideas. A co-working space provider builds the physical space in which a sharing community exists. Coworking is already popular among boutique firms and start-ups today and is seeing rapid adoption from corporates. It offers flexibility without tying up capital to a lease obligation. interest in small, optimally serviced workspaces, and in premium locations.

About the Position
You would be responsible for creating the right first moment of truth for candidates who wish to engage and work with 91springboard. We’re looking for talented consultants who can run an effective hiring campaign for 91springboard. This person will be the gatekeeper who ensures that the growth of 91springboard is fuelled by bringing people onboard who are technically able and fit in culturally.

Having said that, you as a Senior Technical Recruiter will have to include in sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our Tech positions.
What You'll Do:
- Write and post technical job descriptions
- Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow, Angellist, Github etc.
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen tech resumes
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
- Coordinate with Tech team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
- Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
- Compose job offer letters and onboard new hires
- Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
What You Have:
- Proven work experience of 3 to 5 years as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype, Google hangout and structured)
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for Tech roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
