We are looking for a versatile and strategic Social Media & Brand Manager to drive our brand presence, elevate our market positioning, and manage our end-to-end social media ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities

• Brand Building & Strategy: Define and execute the global brand identity and communication strategy for BitFit Labs, positioning the company as a top-tier engineering partner in the Web3 space.
• Content Creation & Visual Design: Lead the creation of engaging, highly professional content tailored for B2B and B2C audiences. Personally handle basic graphic design and short-form video editing to maintain an active, visually appealing presence on professional networks - with a heavy emphasis on LinkedIn.
• Social Media Management: Own the content calendar and publishing schedules across all core platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Telegram). Translate complex technical engineering concepts into digestible, compelling brand stories.
• Team Management & Coordination: Oversee and coordinate internal resources, content creators, or external freelancers to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and professional delivery.
• Partnership & Ecosystem Growth: Connect with global crypto projects, Web3 founders, technical communities, and potential enterprise clients to expand the studio's network, drive brand awareness, and support business pipelines.

Job Requirements

• Professional Experience: Have more than 3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Growth Marketing, or Brand Strategy. Direct experience working within a Web3 engineering studio, software house, or tech outsourcing company is highly preferred.
• Management Capability: Proven track record in a leadership or managerial role - capable of managing content pipelines, organizing workflows, and leading small creative teams or campaigns.
• Design & Multimedia Skills: Hands-on experience with design and video tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut) specifically optimized for LinkedIn and corporate social media branding.
• Web3/Tech Literacy: A strong grasp of the Web3, DeFi, and blockchain landscape , with the ability to confidently communicate and network with technical founders and C-level decision-makers.
• Language Proficiency: Proficient to native-level written and spoken English, with exceptional copywriting skills suited for B2B professional networking.
