Mollie is one of Europe's fastest growing fin-tech companies. We are scaling quickly, and facing a number of exciting challenges and opportunities. We are looking for a high performing Talent Sourcing Lead, to strengthen our lovely sourcing team, and help Mollie scale.
Your Opportunity:
The sourcing team at Mollie is a high impact team that is focused on identifying and engaging the best diverse talent across Tech for our Tech Hubs in Amsterdam and Lisbon. The team was introduced into Mollie this year and has quickly turned into a key function within the TA team, providing quality candidates at the top of all of our hiring funnels. This is a fun, high-performing team, with access to some of the best sourcing tools available.
Being a Sourcing Lead at Mollie has it all. You will manage a team of sourcers (4-6) that will be partnering with recruiting to drive our hiring efforts across tech functions. The primary focus will be on delivering on sourcing strategies and to lead and develop the team.
Alongside this, you can expect to be hands-on when it comes to sourcing for leadership roles. Key stakeholders will include the tech TA team and our senior leadership across Mollie’s tech organisation. You advise them on candidate attraction and you provide strategic insights into sourcing funnels and new strategies to find the best talent.
What you'll be doing:
Lead the sourcing team and help them grow in their career by providing ongoing feedback and support
Ensure collaboration and sharing of best practices across the team to support learning and development
Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand and develop the best top of funnel strategies to deliver on our ambitious hiring goals - both short and long termImprove our sourcing processes and provide advice by analysing key data to influence decision making
Strategic planning and delivery of our sourcing goals for the team while keeping a diverse and inclusive team environment where people have fun!
Work with Lever alongside our sourcing tools, in order to create talent pools and start nurturing campaigns to keep our candidates engaged and interestedDesign and implement new sourcing initiatives into the business, such as referral sessions, sourcing jams
Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
What you’ll bring:
4+ years proven sourcing experience with 1+ year of experience in managing teams
Experience in setting setting long term vision and strategy, drive the design development of effective sourcing plans and implement best practices
Experience in delivering innovative sourcing solutions in a high-growth environment
Ability to influence key stakeholders in the business and make an impact with your team
You’re data obsessed and you’re able to utilise it to make impactful decisions. You help the team to do the same.
Strong sourcing skills and the ability to use various platforms and tools to get the best engaged talent.

Our selection procedure in a nutshell:

You will meet with Owen one of our Technical Sourcers to have a chat about you, your background and what you love; If that round is successful you’ll be invited to do and present a recruitment business case to Tamar, Tech TA Lead, and Charlotte, our Head of TA.
All passed? Amazing! At the very last stage you will meet the rest of the Tech TA team as the final stage of the process!
Because of the current circumstances, we will interview you as well as hire you completely remotely. You will start working remotely, but as soon as possible, you will continue your work at our office.
