Sourcing Manager | Networking Solutions

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

We are looking for a Sourcing Manager to join our dynamic Strategical Procurement team in Kaunas, Lithuania. This role focuses on sourcing and supplier management for mechanical component categories, including product enclosures, packaging, inserts, antennas, power supplies, and other mechanical components used in Teltonika Networks products. You will work closely with R&D teams to identify the most suitable technical and commercial solutions while ensuring supply continuity and competitiveness

In this role, you will:

• Search for and evaluate new suppliers and manufacturers worldwide.
• Lead RFQ processes and coordinate supplier quotation collection.
• Analyze and compare supplier proposals from both commercial and technical perspectives.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, and other commercial conditions.
• Participate in supplier selection and evaluation processes.
• Support component and supplier selection activities together with R&D teams.
• Assess alternative sourcing options and supply scenarios.
• Coordinate the collection of technical and commercial information from suppliers.
• Identify supply risks and proactively develop mitigation plans.
• Continuously monitor supplier performance and market developments.
• Contribute to ensuring supply continuity and competitiveness of Teltonika products.
• Track goods balances and ensure material availability in line with production schedules.

What we expect of you:

• At least 2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or supplier management.
• Experience working directly with suppliers.
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to independently organize and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an advantage.
• Experience working with technical products or mechanical components is considered an advantage.
• Basic understanding of technical documentation and engineering drawings is considered an advantage.
• Experience working with international suppliers is considered an advantage.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 15 Eur/h up to 20 Eur/h (~2500 Eur—3300 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
