TLDR
Manage logistics operations including staff oversight, cash handling, and inventory control while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Job Descriptions:
Track and delivery shipment from picked up and delivered
Manage staff / subcon / part-time to ensure they carried out their job properly and completely.
Standing as a hub manager as and when necessary
Handle cash on delivery money and ensure to bank in everyday
Work closely with customer service and fulfill customer request
Taking care of daily operations and make sure everything go smoothly
Controlling inventory and take care of every shipment to reduce the risk of missing and damaged parcel.
Any other task instructed by superior
Conforms to the ISO 23412 Cold Chain Management System (CCMS), ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System & Halal Assurance System.
Take care of own and others' safety.
Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programmes such as training, campaign, induction and others.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
