We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves the art of finding the right people. This is a dynamic role — primarily focused on end-to-end recruitment , with a hands-on involvement in core HR activities.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across mid to senior-level IT and non-IT roles — from requirement gathering to offer rollout 
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and candidate expectations 
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and vendor channels 
  • Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates efficiently while ensuring a great candidate experience throughout 
  • Drive offer negotiations — balancing candidate expectations with internal compensation structures 
  • Manage and develop strong relationships with external staffing vendors and recruitment partners; evaluate vendor performance and ensure SLA adherence 
  • Maintain and update ATS, trackers, and dashboards with real-time hiring data 
  • Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality of hire 
  • Support onboarding and joining formalities for new hires 
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and team communications 
  • Help coordinate and maintain employee records 
  • Act as a point of contact for basic employee queries and coordinate with relevant HR teams for resolution 

 

What We're Looking For 

  • 57 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 23 years in IT hiring 
  • Proven experience in vendor management and stakeholder management 
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close candidates effectively 
  • Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) 
  • Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills 
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously 

 

Good to Have 

  • Experience working in a product or IT services company 
  • Exposure to HR tools / ATS platforms 
  • MBA in HR or relevant certification is a plus
