This Talent Acquisition Partner collaborates with leaders and managers of the organization to anticipate and meet our evolving needs and to provide the best talent. You will report to the Director, Global Talent Acquisition.

A look inside the job:
- Support the full talent acquisition process, applying industry best practices for a variety of positions
- Accomplish the recruitment strategy by identifying and sourcing the appropriate talent for open positions (emphasis on Software Engineering, DevOps, Product Engineering, QA, Marketing, Technical Support, and Sales) which will include phone screening, interviewing, offer development and negotiation, and closing/offer acceptance
- Partner with HR and hiring managers, taking the lead on external recruitment campaigns
- Post positions to appropriate external recruitment sites
- Use both social and professional networking sites to identify and source qualified candidates
- Create target lists of companies and candidates
- Thoroughly analyze candidate information to determine matches between candidates and job openings
- Maintain all applicant and interview data in the applicant tracking system
- Coordinate and confirm interviews
- Interview prospective candidates (via phone, Zoom, or in person) and educate candidates on company and opportunity
- Attend career/college fairs, industry meetups, hackathons, networking events, etc.
- Keep aware of market trends and track competitive practices
- Partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition and management on the creation of status reports and tracking success metrics
About You:
- 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience
- Degree
- Full-cycle recruiting experience including direct sourcing/recruiting for technical, development and sales roles at a growing technology company or technical recruiting firm
- A high level of desire to take on projects by partnering with other departments/managers to help solve recruitment issues/skills gaps
- You understand emerging recruiting technologies and ATS platforms
- You notice and take into account small details with accuracy
- Self-motivated with a sense of commitment
- You're an excellent teammate
- Willing to travel as needed
- Knowledge of Greenhouse ATS and Greenhouse Onboarding preferred but not essential
