What is this role?

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across different functions, ensuring we attract high-quality candidates who are not only qualified for the role but also aligned with FlapKap’s culture and values.

You will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their hiring needs, build effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding hiring requirements to offer stage and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team structures, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent networks, and other relevant channels.
• Screen and assess candidates based on skills, experience, cultural fit, and role requirements.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain a strong and organized candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, assessments, references, and offer processes.
• Prepare and extend job offers while ensuring alignment with internal compensation structures and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and records within the HR system.
• Build and maintain strong talent pools for recurring and critical positions.
• Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to strengthening FlapKap’s presence as an employer of choice.
• Stay updated on talent market trends, sourcing techniques, and recruitment best practices.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve and streamline recruitment processes.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar HR role.
• Experience managing the full recruitment cycle.
• Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills, particularly through LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a startup, fintech, technology, or fast-growing company is a plus.
