About what you'll own

  • The end-to-end recruitment process for business critical roles.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to hire high-impact talent.
  • Analyze recruitment and HR KPIs (Time to Fill, Headcount, Hiring Quality, Early Attrition) and drive improvements.
  • Lead Pre- onboarding, and support HR processes, and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Improve recruitment processes through automation and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.

    • What makes you a great fit

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience recruiting for Last Mile Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Business roles.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using HR metrics.
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards.
  • Comfortable working in fast-changing environments.
  • B1–B2 English (interviews and some business conversations).
  • Medium- advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience using ATS platforms. (Greenhouse or Lever)
