Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Helsinki or Amsterdam office.

In this role you will support our hiring managers in the HQ teams to recruit the best talents to our versatile office roles (e.g. in marketing, finance, HR, supply, customer service teams etc.). You publish job ads, conduct screening interviews and work as a project leader for each recruitment process. TA Specialist makes sure that the timetables are created and targets are  met, and everyone working in the process knows what needs to be done and what the next steps are in order to ensure the best possible candidate experience.

We are looking for a TA Specialist who perhaps already has some experience about end-to-end recruiting or assisting recruitment work, but more essential is to adapt to fast paced recruiting culture and to have a project leader-state of mind. We are happy to develop your recruiting skills even further and offer an interesting career path as TA Partner to our certain business area.  Your homebase is the global talent acquisition team and you will report to TA Lead in Helsinki, but can choose to work from Helsinki or Amsterdam according to your own preferences.  We offer you full-time, permanent contract, highly skilled and helpful colleagues, and wonderfully interesting work to inspire you daily!

We would be excited to hear from you if you have

• some experience in HR or recruiting work - we will develop your skills further
• ability work in English (written and spoken) - English is our company language
• excellent communication skills - you are in constant contact with both candidates and hiring managers
