Job Description

EnviroLogix is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 6-month temporary assignment. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiting professional to make a significant impact by helping to attract and hire top talent across a variety of key roles throughout the organization.

This role is based onsite at our Portland Maine location and will partner closely with leaders and teams across the organization to support critical hiring initiatives.

The successful candidate will partner closely with hiring managers, drive full-cycle recruitment efforts, and help strengthen our talent pipelines during an important period of growth. This position also offers an opportunity to potential longer-term career opportunities within the organization based on business needs and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of professional, technical, operational, and leadership positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and drive efficient hiring decisions.
  • Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels, including direct sourcing and networking.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the interview process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Utilize Workday Recruiter to manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, and recruiting activity.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure recruiting processes comply with company policies and employment laws.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels within an organization.
  • Strong sourcing, relationship-building, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday Recruiter experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
