Talent Acquisition Team Lead

Quantum Systems is redefining the future of aerial intelligence with cutting-edge UAV technology. We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Team Lead Talent Acquisition to drive hiring excellence and lead our recruitment function. In this role, you will manage a team of recruiters and personally lead strategic hiring initiatives for production, engineering, admin and R&D positions — ensuring we attract top talent to support next-generation innovation in the UAV domain.

Candidates must be based in Kyiv.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners.

• Define and execute hiring strategies for production, technical, admin and R&D roles across the organization.

• Partner with production, engineering, product, and R&D leadership to plan workforce needs and recruitment priorities.

• Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and team performance.

• Monitor and optimize pipelines, metrics, and dashboards in the ATS.

• Ensure consistency, transparency, and speed across all stages of recruitment.

• Support onboarding and cross-functional collaboration with HR and People Operations.

• Drive employer branding efforts, including campaigns, events, and community engagement.

Requirements

What you bring to the team:

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, including experience mentoring or leading recruiters.

• Strong understanding of production and technical domains (software engineering, embedded systems, electronics, AI/ML, robotics). Experience in other domains is a plus.

• Proven track record of hiring in fast-growing or innovative tech environments — ideally hardware, aviation, defense tech, or robotics.

• Experience developing sourcing strategies and managing full-cycle recruitment processes.

• Solid familiarity with modern sourcing tools and ATS platforms.

• Upper-intermediate English (written and spoken).
