Talent Enablement and Learning and Development Lead
TLDR
Design and scale global talent enablement and learning programs as a strategic partner to senior leaders, shaping performance, career development, and internal mobility in a fast-paced organization.
You will be responsible for designing and executing global talent enablement and learning strategies that strengthen performance, career growth, and employee engagement across multiple business units. You will act as a key advisor to leadership while ensuring alignment between talent initiatives and organizational goals.
- Lead the design and execution of global performance management, career development, and talent planning cycles
- Partner with senior leaders to align learning strategies with business objectives and workforce needs
- Develop and deliver learning programs, including leadership development, role-based training, and soft skills enablement
- Facilitate instructor-led and digital learning experiences, ensuring measurable impact and adoption
- Support competency frameworks, skill assessments, and capability-building initiatives across teams
- Drive employee engagement and early career experience programs, including onboarding and 90-day success initiatives
- Analyze learning effectiveness and talent metrics to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Coach leaders and managers on talent development, feedback, and career conversations
- Contribute to budget planning, resource optimization, and global L&D strategy execution
- Collaborate on HR transformation initiatives such as performance reviews, promotions, and organizational planning cycles
- Proven experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or HR consulting roles
- Strong background in designing and delivering learning programs and leadership development initiatives
- Experience supporting performance management and career development cycles
- Ability to partner with senior leaders and influence talent strategy decisions
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with HR systems, LMS platforms, and talent management tools
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze engagement, learning, and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in global, cross-functional environments
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Experience in consulting, technology, or fast-paced global organizations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field
